Kelly Beaupre serves as Tango’s Vice President of Human Resources, where she leads the company’s people strategy and operations with a focus on removing friction from work and building an employee experience that scales with the business. She brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, much of it in PE-backed and high-growth companies, and she’s known for bringing order to chaos. She is as comfortable working with executive teams on long-term strategy as she is rolling up her sleeves to design a benefits plan or build HR infrastructure from scratch.
Most recently, Kelly led HR at Courser, a PE-backed managed service provider, where she built the company’s first HR function, managed the people side of 16 acquisitions, and rolled out a new HRIS that gave leaders real-time people analytics. Before that, she provided interim VP-level leadership through enhanceHCM, helping PE-backed companies stabilize their people operations during periods of change.
Kelly spent more than eight years at Gordian, a construction data and software company, where she rose to VP of Human Resources. She led global HR business partnering, total rewards, and employee relations, supported international acquisitions, and helped the company grow from 250 to 900 employees. Earlier in her career, she managed high-risk employee relations work at Liberty Mutual Insurance, built HR operations across Asia and Europe at e-Dialog (an eBay company), where culture initiatives she led earned top employer recognition, and managed international HR operations at Newmarket International.
Kelly loves the challenge of building, fixing, and transforming workplaces. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Canterbury and is SHRM-SCP certified.
