Paul leads the Client Relations team responsible for ensuring that clients achieve the highest possible success from partnering with Tango during the full life cycle of the relationship. Unlike other organizations with complex 3rd party relationships between analytics, IWMS, and data vendors, the Tango Client Management team is the client’s “single point of contact” for all client needs.
Paul recently moved back to Canada after leading Pitney Bowes’ predictive analytics EMEA practice for four years. Paul has over 21 years of experience helping businesses harness the power of location and predictive analytics to grow their business. Working with some of the world’s largest brands such as Famous Footwear, Arby’s, Home Depot, Pep Boys, IKEA, T-Mobile, TJX, Denny’s, Hooters, Rexall, Rogers Communication, Capita, SPAR, and the BBC, developing and implementing real estate market optimization strategies, churn management programs and analytical projects that bridge the gap between real estate, marketing and operations.
