Cole Bowman serves as Tango’s Chief Revenue Officer. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading revenue teams and helping growth-stage companies build the structure, teams, and operating discipline needed to scale.
Before joining Tango, Cole was Chief Revenue Officer at Second Nature, where he led the company’s go-to-market organization across marketing, sales, post-sales, revenue operations, and enablement. There, he helped strengthen commercial execution and customer-facing operations during a period of growth.
Prior to Second Nature, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Realync, where he helped shape the company’s go-to-market strategy and operating model. Earlier, he was Vice President of Sales at Zego, where he helped expand the national sales organization and supported the company through its acquisition by Global Payments.
Cole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Dallas.
