Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Pranav has over 18 years of experience with a wide range of clients across retail, restaurants, REITs, healthcare and banking / financial services. Prior to founding Tango in 2008, Pranav helped develop and lead the Retail / Real Estate consulting practices at BearingPoint, Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting.
His areas of expertise include strategic planning, geospatial analytics, market planning, site selection, design and construction, lease administration and facilities management. He has worked with over 200 retail and restaurant companies across five continents in improving their store development organizations, processes and tools and is the driving force behind Tango’s industry leading Strategic Store Lifecycle Management solution. He has led several industry benchmarking studies, and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences. He has also taught a full semester graduate course on Retail Analytics at the Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas.
Pranav holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing Research from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Master of Science in Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. Pranav also completed the Leading Professional Services Firms program at Harvard Business School.
Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President, Client Services
Brad leads Tango’s global professional services team as well as the customer support organization.
Brad Biagini has over 18 years of industry and consulting experience specializing in Real Estate Systems Strategy and Selection, Business Process Redesign (BPR), and Technology Implementations for Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM), and Store Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions.
Brad has extensive Big 4 and Tier 1 Consulting Experience with Ernst & Young, Capgemini, and KPMG/BearingPoint where he has served as Vertical Lead, Alliance Manager, and Subject Matter Expert across Retail Real Estate Market Planning, Project Management, Facilities, and Asset Management.
Brad holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Weslyan University and studied Economics at the University of Texas at Austin. He has extensive experience working in the Telecom, QSR/Restaurant, Grocer, and Retail Verticals.
Senior Vice President, Business Development & Client Management
Mark is responsible for managing all aspects of Sales and Client satisfaction for Tango.
Mark Zygmontowicz has been a consultant to the retail industry since 1981 and began his tenure with Thompson Associates in 1983 providing consultation to senior management in the development of real estate, operational, and marketing strategies.
As a principal at Thompson Associates, Mark was instrumental in the growth of Thompson Associates from a small 12 person consulting firm to the leading retail site selection consulting firm in the country with, ultimately, over 120 employees. After the acquisition by MapInfo Corporation in 2003, Mark was responsible for directing sales and marketing activities for the MapInfo Predictive Analytics group.
He has been a guest speaker at numerous conventions and seminars for professional organizations, such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, The National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, The National Retail Federation, and the Urban Land Institute. Mark also has been a member of the ICSC research advisory task force and has been quoted extensively in industry publications and national newspapers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in geography from Wayne State University.
Chief Marketing Officer & SVP Product Strategy
Bart Waldeck has more than 17 years of real estate software and consulting experience. Prior to joining Tango Management Consulting, he was VP of Marketing and Product Strategy at Accruent where he worked with more than 100 clients including Family Dollar, Charming Shoppes, Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Target.
As a founding member of Lucernex Technologies, Bart was VP of Professional Services and Business Development, working with clients such as Chipotle, YUM Brands, and Carmax. He has held positions as Managing Director at NorthStar Advisory Group and Manager of Retail Financial Services at CB Richard Ellis, where key clients included Home Depot, Bridgestone Firestone and AT&T Wireless. As a member of Accenture’s retail practice, Bart consulted with several strategic clients including Best Buy and The Gap.
Bart received his BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University and his MBA in International Marketing & Finance from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. He has been a speaker at ICSC, the National Retail Federation (NRF), and numerous other industry events.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Wise is a veteran corporate executive with over 29 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, planning, real estate and franchise development.
As a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University Of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College Of Business, Wise transitioned from a corporate accounting background responsible for SEC reporting at 7-Eleven to VP of Corporate Planning and then later VP of Real Estate. During his tenure as VP of Real Estate at 7-Eleven, Wise championed integrated store development applications to leverage consistent data to understand store level results, trends, and returns as well as providing the real estate team with insight into lead & deal tracking (pipeline management) in support of their accelerated store opening plans.
Senior Vice President, Analytical Services
Devon Wolfe leads the analytical services team at Tango, which provides customer analysis, sales forecasting, and market optimization models for retail and restaurant clients.
Devon has nearly 30 years’ experience in the retail real estate analysis industry and has served as a consultant to dozens of retail companies in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. His unique background stems from years of experience engaged in retail real estate consulting. Over his professional career, Devon has performed functions including field analysis, client management, model development, strategy, and consulting management.
Previously at Thompson Associates, Devon expanded the company’s statistical modeling practice to over 15 practitioners, while at the same time developing pioneering modeling work that has become a standard in the industry today. At MapInfo Corporation, Devon served as global retail practice leader, involved in the company’s global analytics expansion strategy. At Pitney Bowes Business Insight, Devon led the strategy and analytics services team of consultants in North America. Devon began his career as a field analyst for Walgreens.
Devon is a frequent speaker at industry events, webinars, and seminars, and has been interviewed regarding retail industry topics by national publications such as Forbes.com.
Devon is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he received a BA in Geography.
Vice President, Client Management
Paul leads the Client Relations team responsible for ensuring that clients achieve the highest possible success from partnering with Tango during the full life cycle of the relationship. Unlike other organizations with complex 3rd party relationships between analytics, IWMS, and data vendors, the Tango Client Management team is the client’s “single point of contact” for all client needs.
Paul recently moved back to Canada after leading Pitney Bowes’ predictive analytics EMEA practice for four years. Paul has over 21 years of experience helping businesses harness the power of location and predictive analytics to grow their business. Working with some of the world’s largest brands such as Famous Footwear, Arby’s, Home Depot, Pep Boys, IKEA, T-Mobile, TJX, Denny’s, Hooters, Rexall, Rogers Communication, Capita, SPAR, and the BBC, developing and implementing real estate market optimization strategies, churn management programs and analytical projects that bridge the gap between real estate, marketing and operations.
Vice President, Tango EDGE Platform and QA
As Vice President, Tango EDGE Platform and QA, Bill is responsible for the full development life cycle of the EDGE Platform and for the quality of the Tango product line. Bill works with customers and product strategy to design, develop and deploy software enhancements and new functionality for the EDGE components. He is responsible for overall quality of the Tango product line, ensuing compliance with design based on functional requirements, specifications and customer feedback.
Prior to joining Tango in 2010, Bill worked for IBM and TRIRIGA for over 16 years in a variety of roles including Director of Application Development, Vice President of Technical Operations in Professional Services and Vice President of Platform Development and Performance. One of his many responsibilities included working directly with the IBM executives, partners and strategy to develop strategic direction, product roadmaps and detailed schedules for the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform.
Bill has a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman
Vice President, Product Development
As Vice President, Product Development at Tango, Naresh brings over 25 years of expertise in various databases like Sybase, Microsoft SQL, and Oracle. He has an extensive knowledge of Java, Business Intelligence, ETL, and Web Services.
Prior to joining Tango, Naresh was Director of Development at Tririga, where he played a vital role in developing the Tririga Platform. Earlier, Naresh served as a senior architect at Mactac where he designed and developed a Home grown ERP solution for a leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive products, and implemented a solution that is used worldwide. Naresh has lead multiple design and engineering teams to create innovative and breakthrough solutions while considering cost effective initiatives, quality and performance.
Naresh has a Bachelor of Science, Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President, Sales, Chris is responsible for driving revenue through direct sales, strategic alliances and worldwide business development. Chris brings more than 20 years in global sales and leadership experience in the retail industry to Tango. He is a seasoned professional who has demonstrated consistent achievement of service and sales objectives in highly competitive markets.
Prior to joining Tango, Chris held senior sales roles at Alteryx and Pitney Bowes Business Insight (formerly MapInfo). Chris’ considerable relationship sales skills combined with his industry knowledge, have enabled him to cultivate new opportunities along with growing sales within existing clients. Chris has been recognized as salesman of the year, and is a multiple winner of President Club recognition. In his role as mentor and leader, he has developed effective sales teams to ambitious goals.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Honors in commerce from The University of Windsor.
Vice President, Product Strategy
In his role of Vice President, Product Strategy, Rick is responsible for market analysis, product roadmap and system design and for location operation applications.
Rick is a pioneer in the Store Lifecycle Management and IWMS space and brings with him more than 20 years of real estate technology experience and deep industry knowledge, most notably in lease administration and accounting.
Prior to joining Tango, Rick worked at JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) where he oversaw Global Real Estate Technology of one of the largest corporate and retail tenants. At JPMC, Rick defined and executed a multi-year technology strategy spanning transaction management, capital projects, lease administration and facilities, ultimately resulting in the successful implementation of a single technology platform globally. Rick’s real estate technology career began at National Facilities Group (NFG), where he ran Client Services and successfully expanded the core corporate-focused SLIM lease administration product with retail functionality resulting in a dominant market position in retail. When NFG was acquired by Accruent in 2004, Rick held leadership roles at Accruent in professional services and business development.
Vice President, Management Consulting
Aman leads the Management Consulting practice at Tango which specializes in the implementation of IWMS software.
Aman is responsible for end-to-end client delivery including sales, implementation and support.Aman has 14 years of consulting experience in business transformation and enterprise system implementations. He has extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including project management, business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. In Aman’s role at Tango he is responsible for planning and executing system implementations, sales and business development, as well as resource planning and management. Clients rely on him for his ability to plan and execute projects, as well as his in-depth technical knowledge for designing enterprise systems to meet business needs. Aman enjoys new challenges, and enjoys the challenge of working with new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that work.
Prior to joining Tango, Amandeep has worked for IBM, and Deloitte and Touche in a multitude of technical and functional roles in software implementation. Amandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Vice President, Services
Amit brings to Tango over 13 years of experience in retail real estate system selection and strategy and facilities management across Asia, Europe and North America. He has served a wide variety of retail customers ranging from restaurant and quick service to supermarket and pharmacy.
Prior to joining Tango, Amit was based out of Paris, France and served as Director of Facilities Management Offers for Sodexo Europe, where he was responsible for leading the development and deployment of facilities management offers for 24 countries across Europe. Currently at Tango and previously at BearingPoint, Amit has led several large global implementations and also helped with the development of key verticals, established critical partnerships with industry leaders, and developed innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing the organization’s competitiveness. Some of Amit’s clients include Starbucks, Yum! Brands, CVS Pharmacy, Brinker International, and Supervalu.
Amit holds an MBA in Strategy and MIS from The University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Amit also completed the Executive Consulting Certification program at Yale School of Management.
DON WOOD, PMP
Vice President, Support Services
Don leads the client support team that assists our clients with software issues, questions, upgrades, and enhancement requests. Prior to leading the Support team, Don led many client implementations.
Don Wood has over 25 years of experience in real estate technology experience. Prior to joining Tango Don was a Product Manager at RealPage, where he led the development of the Accounting, Purchasing, and Facility Management modules. Don spent 8 years with Ernst & Young, LLP in the Real Estate Consulting practice where he provided consulting services, specializing in strategic planning, business process improvement, and information technology for the real estate industry. He worked with clients in the Multi-family, Corporate Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Developers/ Owners, Construction, Homebuilders and Healthcare industries.
Don received a BBA with a major in Real Estate from North Texas University in Denton, TX. He earned his PMP certificate in 2006.
