Rob Eroh

Chief Product Officer

Rob Eroh serves as Tango’s Chief Product Officer, where he leads the company’s product strategy and innovation efforts. In this role, he is focused on shaping the vision, direction, and evolution of Tango’s platform. He believes workplace and real estate software is entering a new era, as organizations look beyond systems of record to more intelligent ways of managing space.

Rob brings nearly two decades of experience building enterprise B2B SaaS at the intersection of physical operations and software — from retail inventory and on-demand travel, to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate. That through-line is intentional. He has spent his career identifying moments where complex, people-heavy operations become candidates for intelligent automation, and building the products that make it real.

At VTS, where he most recently served as SVP of Product & Design, Rob led the company’s AI-first transformation — building and shipping an LLM-powered platform embedded directly into leasing, asset management, and tenant experience workflows across 90,000+ buildings globally. The initiative achieved outsized early adoption by focusing AI investment on workflow problems customers already cared about, and translated that adoption into commercial traction faster than any prior product launch at VTS.

Before VTS, Rob co-led product at WeWork, where he launched On Demand and All Access — pivoting the company from a community-driven model to a space-as-a-service business that scaled to a nine-figure annual revenue run rate and became the core of WeWork’s hybrid work strategy.

Rob holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School with an Engineering Minor in Computer Science. A former Division I collegiate football player and coach, he believes the same principles that win on the field — clarity, urgency, and disciplined execution — are what build great products.
