Ammon Lesher is Tango’s Chief Executive Officer, bringing over a decade of leadership experience driving organizational growth and innovation. In his role, he leads Tango’s mission to help organizations make smarter decisions about their real estate, workplaces, and facilities—accelerating the pace of innovation and building on the strong foundation already in place.
Before joining Tango, Ammon served as Chief Operating Officer at Infotech, where he oversaw key initiatives designed to accelerate growth, streamline processes, enhance scalability, and ensure the successful execution of long-term strategic goals. Prior to Infotech, Ammon spent 12 years at Gordian, a leader in construction data, consulting, and facilities management software. During his tenure, he held several key roles, including General Counsel, General Manager of Healthcare, General Manager of International, and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Ammon led a 500-member operations team, overseeing the development, implementation, and support of Gordian’s enterprise construction procurement and facility planning solutions.
Under Ammon’s leadership, Gordian experienced remarkable growth, expanding tenfold over 12 years. He played a pivotal role in guiding the company through multiple acquisitions, the creation and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies, and its sale from Warburg Pincus to Fortive Corporation. Following the acquisition, Ammon was instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, scalability, and innovation.
Before joining Gordian, Ammon practiced law at firms in Greenville, SC, managing transactional and litigation matters for corporate clients. He holds a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston.
