- Tango delivers both online and instructor-led training to make user education seamless. Whether training initial users, onboarding new hires, or learning about new features, your team can access recorded sessions on demand or join live web classes from our regularly published schedule.
- Our Partner Certification Program ensures your team receives comprehensive training. Certified achievements are promoted on the Tango Partner Directory and can be promoted on your website, social media channels, and included in RFP responses and marketing materials to highlight your expertise.

- Each partner is added to our Partner Directory showcasing their Tango experience and offerings.
- Certified partners are flagged on our website highlighting their additional training and expertise.
- Newly certified partners are announced in a monthly customer newsletter and on LinkedIn.
- Partners are invited to sponsor, attend, and potentially speak at our User Conference, Tango Connect, held every two years. Next conference will be in 2026.
- Tango is open to discussing co-marketing and co-event opportunities throughout the year.
Partnership Models
The Tango Partnership Program supports a diverse range of partnerships, each with unique goals and business structures. We offer flexible options designed to align with your objectives and drive mutual success. Below are the key partnership models currently available.
Referral
Partner delivers qualified referrals to Tango for prospective customers in exchange for commission or as a system agnostic consultant. Partners may also choose to participate in the system implementation process or provide ongoing services.
Bundled Services
Partners who leverage Tango technology for the management and delivery of their services to their customer. Tango technology is typically “bundled in” to their agreement with their customer.
Value Added Reseller
A Value Added Reseller (VAR), independently promotes Tango solutions to their customers. The VAR is responsible for the promotion, sales effort, implementation, Level 1 support, and any additional ongoing services to their customers.
Tangential Services
A curated list of partners that provide selective services to Tango customers helping them get the most value from their Tango solution. Services may include expertise such as consulting, lease abstraction, space polyline work, change management, or ongoing administration. Partner contracts their services with the customer directly.
Digital Scheduling Hardware
Partners that provide integrated digital hardware such as conference room reservation panels or desk scheduling signs to augment Tango’s Reservation or Visitor Management solutions.
Energy & Sustainability White Label
Partners that license and resell Tango Energy & Sustainability technology to the partner's branding (white labeling) it as their own. The partner is responsible for all promotion, sales, implementation, customer success, and Level 1 support activity.
Strategic Integration
Partners that provide integrated solutions to Tango customers which offer new capabilities, reduce redundant data entry or improve operational efficiency.
US Government Reseller
For customers that buy Tango via a Government Reseller who holds a contract vehicle or set aside needed by a customer. Government Resellers also proactively promote Tango to their customer base.
Occupancy Technology Partner
Tango’s Occupancy & Analytics platform enables Tango to leverage data via integration from a variety of partner types such as sensor or Wi-Fi technology to enable customers to visualize occupancy in one place.
