1. Sponsor
The Tango ICSC Las Vegas 2026 MacBook Air Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tango Analytics, LLC, 9797 Rombauer Rd, Suite #450, Dallas, TX 75019 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 6:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s designated timekeeping system is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to:
- natural persons who are registered attendees of ICSC Las Vegas 2026 or online to those who visit and enter on the Tango webpage while it’s live on May 19th, and
- are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and
- Excluded from eligibility are employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, ICSC, the Las Vegas Convention Center, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, event partners, vendors, contractors, service providers, and subcontractors, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of each such person.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible attendee may enter by visiting Sponsor’s booth at ICSC Las Vegas 2026, providing the requested contact information and/or permitting badge capture by Sponsor, and drawing one (1) card from Sponsor’s designated deck, subject to these Official Rules.
If the attendee draws a face card, ace, or joker, that attendee will receive one (1) qualified entry into the Sweepstakes prize drawing, provided the attendee otherwise satisfies these Official Rules.
If not physically at the event, eligible persons may visit the Tango website (https://tangoanalytics.com) on (insert first day of the event) to enter.
Limit one (1) qualified entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of number of booth visits, badge scans, or card draws. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, phone numbers, badges, or other methods may void all such entries at Sponsor’s discretion.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void.
5. Odds of Qualification and Odds of Winning
The approximate odds of drawing a qualifying card are 1 in 3. Final odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible qualified entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor, or by Sponsor’s designated sweepstakes administration tool/provider, from among all eligible qualified entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing is scheduled to occur on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, the interpretation of these Official Rules, eligibility determinations, and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded:
- One (1) Apple MacBook Air, 13-inch, base configuration
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,099 USD
Winner may choose from available color options, subject to availability. Sponsor does not guarantee availability of any specific color, chip version, keyboard layout, regional configuration, or fulfillment timeline.
