When the pandemic hit just a few months after implementation, Tango Reserve allowed CohnReznick to quickly support employees who still needed to have a safe space to work, away from their noisy homes. They can manage capacity based on each locations’ local and state regulations and can even control the types of spaces available so only private or semi-private spaces could be used by anyone who needed them. Managers also have access to Contact Tracing reports to make sure they know who was in the office in the event of a positive test result.

One of the greatest benefits CohnReznick finds with Tango Reserve is access to the advanced utilization and occupancy analytics. Prior to Tango Reserve, managers would need to comb through individual building security badge reports to determine who was in the office. With Tango Reserve, they can pull a list of everyone present in each location and send the report to anyone who needs it. They are also able to look at what types of spaces are used most and which are not used at all to make informed decisions about the space they make available to their employees, and can repurpose underutilized spaces into higher demand workspace types.
