Steve Swanston brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in revenue, operations, and growth strategy across SaaS, fintech, and BPO industries. As Tango’s Chief Revenue Officer, Steve is responsible for scaling the company’s global go-to-market organization and driving long-term, sustainable ARR growth.
Prior to joining Tango, Steve held senior leadership roles at both founder-led and private equity-backed businesses, where he consistently led high-performing teams through transformational growth, M&A integration, and go-to-market reinvention. He has been a key driver behind three successful company exits, underscoring his ability to create enterprise value through disciplined execution and strategic leadership.
Steve’s deep operational acumen, coupled with a passion for coaching and team development, has earned him a reputation as a strategic operator and builder of scalable, repeatable revenue engines. He holds a B.S. in Journalism & Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
