As an IT Manager with Tango, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our corporate IT systems and cloud-based applications while ensuring they meet industry best practices and regulatory/security requirements. You will partner across corporate operations, and technology teams to support current/future systems, applications, and integration needs. You will also serve as a backup and escalation point for the IT Service Desk.
This is a hybrid position. This opportunity does require the ability to be onsite a minimum of four days per week. The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills and soft skills.

What you’ll have an opportunity to do:
- Reporting to the CISO, you will oversee day to day IT Operations, IT Helpdesk End User support, and cloud/SaaS administration
- Provide secondary escalation support for Microsoft Azure AD, Exchange, Office 365, Intune, Defender and other cloud-based systems
- Maintain industry and security standard best practices
- Manage/monitor applicable policies and configurations
- Proactively address issues as they arise
- Provide oversight and support for the following:
- DNS, DMARC, DKIM and other configurations.
- Email Security
- Endpoint Security
- Business SaaS application support
- Hardware and Software inventory
- Vulnerability and Patching of end user systems
- Perform routine/scheduled audits of systems, including all backups to ensure they are working as expected and meeting industry and security best practices
- Provide second and third level technical support; Interact with the end users to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Responsible for on call after hours support (as needed)
- Implement system and network changes in a controlled manner; adhere to company change control policies
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities where applicable
- Document network and system diagrams, process flow diagrams, setup/maintenance procedures and backup/recovery procedures
- Mentor and train junior staff on the operations and management of all corporate systems
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure including laptops, servers, switches, firewalls, printers, etc.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft products/services (i.e., Azure AD, Intune, Defender, O365, etc.)
- Excellent ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root cause, and resolve problems.
- Self-starter with good project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work across departments/teams and to partner successfully with staff on projects and system implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Highly organized work habits with outstanding attention to detail
- An affinity for documentation and process
- Must possess a strong team work ethic, with the ability to work with personnel at all levels in all departments
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
- 3-5 years’ progressive IT support experience
- Project Management experience with ability to outline and lead IT projects
- Relevant schooling and/or industry certifications
